Runnin' Stadiums

O'Neal, Jordan and I decided to hit the stadium this morning and run a few stairs---I am absolutely amazed at how good of shape football practice has put thse 2 boys in---they were tearing those stairs up---I did it with them--just a little slower--Oneal was in front of me saying "Cmon Dad---Push through the pain" --That makes me extremely proud --He is defintely finding his"Mojo". He wanted to know if we could go back and do some more--I said --Defintely---So -We are gonna go back this afternoon and run some 40's and a few more stadiums---Good way to spend a holiday...
